How to play

Each case shows a real dermatological photograph, loaded live from DermNet NZ. Guess the diagnosis in as few attempts as possible.

• You get 6 guesses.
• Only the photo is shown to start — each wrong guess unlocks one more clinical clue, until all 5 are revealed.
• Enter a diagnosis in the box, or tap "Show list of possible diagnoses" and pick one — every case's answer is drawn from that list.
• Daily case gives everyone the same case each day, once per day. Practice lets you play any case, any time, without affecting your daily streak — it prioritizes cases you haven't solved yet, and only starts repeating once you've solved them all.

Built for clinicians and trainees to sharpen pattern recognition — it is not a diagnostic device and should never guide real patient care.
